摘 要:在变电所保护设备的维护过程中,难以获取设备故障的具体因素,变电所保护设备检修方法的额外成本消耗较高,对此,提出基于关联规则的变电所保护设备检修优先级决策方法。以设备典型故障率为依据,确定磨损、时间和曲线斜率,建立变电所保护设备故障关联规则模型,得到与设备故障相关的数据集;由此确定设备故障关键特征,计算变电所保护设备健康指数,判断健康程度,划分检修等级;结合健康程度和检修等级构建优先级决策矩阵,实现变电所保护设备检修的优先级决策方法设计。实例测试结果表明该方法最大失负荷量水平低,在不同检修状态下,适应度高,整体决策成本较低,实际应用效果得到保证。In the maintenance process of substation protection equipment,it is difficult to obtain the specific factors of equipment failure,and the additional cost consumption of substation protection equipment maintenance method is high.Therefore,a substation protection equipment maintenance priority decision method based on association rules is proposed.Based on the typical failure rate of equipment,we determine the wear,time and curve slope,establish the substation protection equipment failure association rule model,and obtain the data set related to equipment failure,so as to determine the key characteristics of equipment failure.We calculate the health index of substation protection equipment,judge the health degree and divide the maintenance level.Combined with the health degree and maintenance level,the priority decision matrix is constructed to realize the priority decision method design of substation protection equipment maintenance.The example test results show that the maximum load loss level of this method is low,the adaptability is high,the overall decision-making cost is low,and the practical application effect is guaranteed under different maintenance conditions.
