摘　　要：针对当前图书馆采购系统存在适用度低和采购效率低的问题,提出了基于RFID的公共图书馆图书采购管理系统。系统主要分为采购计划制定、供应商选择评估、订购管理、订单跟踪催货以及到货验收5个功能模块,全方位满足相关人员的管理需求,并且为准确地统计书本数量,确保采购没有遗漏,系统结合RFID技术完成统计到货图书数量、价格检查以及图书质量的检测。在实验条件下,以图书拒借率和利用率为指标来评估系统给出的采购管理方案是否合理,结果显示所提方法的各项指标均优于传统方法,适用性更强。Aiming at the problems of low applicability and low procurement efficiency of the current library procurement system,a system for public library book procurement management is proposed based on RFID.The system is mainly divided into five functional modules,i.e.,procurement plan formulation,supplier selection evaluation,order management,order tracking and rushing.The arrival acceptance inspection is to meet the management needs of relevant personnel in an all-round way,and it can accurately count the number of books to ensure that there is no omission in procurement.The system integrates RFID technology to complete the statistics of the quantity of books delivered,price inspection and book quality inspection.Under the experimental conditions,the book rejection rate and utilization rate are used as indicators to evaluate whether the procurement management plan given by the system is reasonable.The results show that the indicators of the proposed method are better than the traditional method,and the applicability is stronger.
