摘　　要：随着互联网的兴起和发展,物联网逐渐引起人们的关注,对各个行业都产生了深远的影响。在这一过程中,物流管理也经历了巨大的变革,成为了一个热门话题。作为一种新型的产业,物流工程有着广阔的发展前景,其发展方向和涵盖的领域不断扩大。现代的经营理念使物流运输、仓储和供应都得到了加强,使得物流工程的发展发生了巨大变化。文章基于此背景,探讨物流项目实施过程中的现代经营的意义,并提出了提高项目实施效果的对策。With the rise and development of the Internet,the Internet of Things is gradually attracting people's attention and has caused a profound impact on every industry.In this process,logistics management has also produced great changes,becoming a hot topic.As a new type of industry,logistics engineering has a broad development prospect and its development direction and covered fields are continuously expanding.The modern business philosophy has strengthened the logistics transportation,warehousing and supply,which makes great changes in the development of logistics engineering.Based on this background,this paper discusses the significance of modern management in the implementation process of logistics project,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effect of project implementation.
