摘　　要：在供应链模式下,企业在采购时不仅要考虑产品的价格、质量等,还需要综合考虑成本。供应链模式下采购策略的优化可以帮助企业降低生产成本,提升企业的核心竞争力。当前,企业间的竞争已经逐渐演变为供应链之间的竞争。在这种情况下,很多企业也逐渐关注到供应链模式下的采购策略优化问题。因此,文章分析我国企业采购策略存在的问题,提出供应链模式下采购策略优化的一些措施。In the supply chain mode,enterprises should not only consider prce,quality and other factors,but also need to consider the cost comprehensively when purchasing products.The optimization of the procurement strategy under the supply chain mode can help enterprises to reduce the production cost and to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Currently,the competition between enterprises has gradually evolved into the competion between supply chains.In this cse,many enterprises gnadually pay attention to the optimization of the procurement strategy under the supply chain mode.Therefore,this paper studies the problems in the procurement strategy of Chinese enterprises,puts forward some measures on optimization of the procurement strategy under the supply chain mode.
