摘 要:氟硅聚合物材料是将高含氟基团引入有机硅材料的侧链所形成的一类新材料。在保留了有机硅材料本身优异性能的基础上,兼具了氟橡胶的良好耐有机溶剂等特性,具有优秀的耐高低温、耐老化、耐燃料、高力学性能等,因此逐渐得到了更深入的研究,并被广泛应用于不同工业领域。对现有氟硅聚合物材料的组成与分类进行了概括,简述了氟硅聚合物材料主要的组成部分、分类依据以及反应机理;回顾了氟硅聚合物材料的研究及发展历程;并对其未来发展方向进行了预测。Fluorosilicone polymer materials are a new class of materials formed by introducing high fluorine-containing groups into the side chains of silicone materials.On the basis of retaining the excellent performances of silicone material itself,fluorosilicone polymer materials are also proved to have the characteristic of high resistance to organic solvents of fluororubber.Thus,fluorosilicone polymer materials have gradually been studied in more depth due to their excellent high and low temperature resistance,aging resistance,fuel resistance,and high mechanical properties,meanwhile widely used in different industrial fields.The composition and classification of existing fluorosilicone polymer materials were summarized.The main components,classification basis and reaction mechanism of fluorosilicone polymer materials were briefly described.The research and development history of fluorosilicone polymer materials were reviewed.The future development direction of fluorosilicone polymer materials were predicted.
