摘  要:针对传统桥梁混凝土用的丙烯酸树脂防腐涂料存在防水防腐性能差的问题,提出用硅氧烷和超支化聚硅氧烷协同改性丙烯酸树脂。试验首先对材料配比进行优化,然后对优化后改性树脂性能进行测试,结果表明:材料最佳配比为m(超支化聚硅氧烷)∶m(丙烯酸树脂)=6∶4,在此条件制备的涂料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为1.17 MPa和477%,硬度和附着力分别为4 H和I级,涂层接触角达到102°,经过盐雾处理168 h后,没有腐蚀情况出现。由此得出,通过改性表现出良好的防腐性能和防水性能。In view of the poor waterproof and anti-corrosion performance of the traditional acrylic resin anti-corrosion coating for bridge concrete,a new method of modifying acrylic resin with siloxane and hyperbranchedpolysiloxane was proposed.Firstly,the material ratio was optimized,and then the properties of the modified resin were tested.The test results show that the optimum ratio of the material is m(hyperbranchedpolysiloxane)∶m(acrylic resin)=6∶4.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the coating prepared under this condition are 1.17 MPa and 477%respectively,and the hardness and adhesion are 4 H and I grade respectively.The contact angle of the coating reaches 102°.After 168 h of salt spray treatment,there is no corrosion,showing good corrosion resistance and waterproof performance.
