摘  要:建筑外墙经常暴露于恶劣的天气条件下,如雨水、风和温度变化,这可能导致水侵入、气体泄漏和能源损失。有效的防水密封措施对于确保建筑物的耐久性、安全性和能源效率至关重要。硅酮结构密封胶由于其出色的耐候性、耐久性和粘附性能,在建筑外墙防水密封工程中得到了广泛应用。介绍了硅酮结构密封胶在建筑外墙防水密封工程中的应用,包括其优点、性能特点和局限性、以及选用标准和施工工艺。概述了最新的硅酮结构密封胶配方、应用方法和测试技术。硅酮结构密封胶在建筑外墙防水密封工程中的应用前景进行了展望。Building facades are often exposed to harsh weather conditions,such as rain,wind and temperature changes,which can lead to water intrusion,gas leakage and energy loss.Effective waterproofing and sealing is essential to ensure the durability,safety and energy efficiency of buildings.Because of its excellent weather resistance,durability and adhesion properties,silicone structural sealant has been widely used in the construction of external wall waterproof sealing engineering.This paper reviews the application of silicone structural sealant in waterproofing and sealing engineering of building exterior wall,including its advantages,performance characteristics and limitations,selection standards and construction technology.Then the latest research progress in the formulation,application and testing techniques of silicone structural sealant is summarized.Finally,the application prospect of silicone structural sealant in waterproofing and sealing engineering of building exterior wall is prospected.
