摘  要:施胶工艺可强化颜料的鲜艳效果、防止纸张晕染和延长绘画作品的保存时间等,在我国古书画装裱、修复、固色中的应用广泛。分析了绘画创作应用材料中施胶剂的应用现状;重点以宣纸、墨汁、胶料和4种颜料为主要材料,配制不同比例的明胶、明矾和胶矾水溶液,以不同施胶方案制备宣纸试样,进行了胶矾水固化性能、墨滴晕散、色度差和色牢度方面的测试。结果表明,胶矾水固化成膜时间较短、成膜后的硬度稍低,明矾起到了促干、软化的作用。相比于单独的明矾或明胶水,胶矾水对于墨滴晕散的控制能力较强,明矾起到墨滴助留作用。经过固色色度和色牢度测试,采用胶矾水施胶的宣纸颜色更加明亮、粘接性好、色牢度更优。The sizing process can strengthen the bright effects of pigments,prevent paper halo-dyeing and prolong the preservation time of painting works,etc.It is widely used in the mounting,restoration and color fixing of our country's ancient calligraphy and painting.In this paper,the application status of sizing agent in painting creation materials is analyzed.With rice paper,ink,gum and four pigments as the main materials,different proportions of gelatin,alum and alum aqueous solutions were prepared,and rice paper samples were prepared with different sizing schemes.The curing properties of alum water,ink droplet dispersion,chroma difference and color fastness were tested.The results show that the film forming time of alum water curing is shorter,that the hardness of the film forming is slightly lower,and that alum plays a role in promoting drying and softening.Compared with alum or gelatin water alone,alum water has a stronger control ability for ink droplet halo dispersion,and alum plays a role in helping ink droplet retention.After the test of solid color and color fastness,the color of rice paper using alum water sizing is brighter,better bonding and better color fastness.
