摘  要:为了分离乙酸仲丁酯副产物体系,研究了共沸精馏在乙酸仲丁酯-碳八烃物系中的应用。根据共沸剂的选取原则选定出甲醇作为共沸精馏分离乙酸仲丁酯-碳八烃混合物的共沸剂,使用ASPEN模拟软件模拟连续和间歇共沸精馏分离乙酸仲丁酯-碳八烃工艺流程,并通过间歇共沸精馏实验考察了所选共沸剂的分离效果。结果表明:使用甲醇作为共沸剂能成功的分离乙酸仲丁酯-碳八烃混合物;采用有62块理论板的填料塔,回流比为2.0,共沸剂甲醇与碳八烃的质量比为5∶4,塔釜异丙醇的质量分数达到99.6%。To separate by-product system containing sec-butyl acetate,the application of azeotropic distillation in sec-butyl acetate-C8 hydrocarbon mixture was researched.According to principles of the selection of entrainer,methanol was selected for the separation.ASPEN simulation software was used to simulate continuous and batch azeotropic distillation flow process.In addition,the effectiveness of the selected entrainer was investigated by the batch azeotropic distillation experiment.The results show that methanol can be a successful entrainer to separate the sec-butyl acetate-C8 hydrocarbon mixture.When the separation experiment of sec-butyl acetate-C8 hydrocarbon mixture by batch azeotropic distillation is carried out in a packed column with 62 theoretical plates,the reflux ratio is 2.0,and the methanol and C8 hydrocarbon mass ratio is 5∶4,the product mass fraction of isopropanol reaches 99.6%.
