摘　　要：研究提出基于模糊评判的配电网暂态电压稳定量化评估方法。提取配电网暂态电压稳定时暂态电压特征量,构建配电网暂态电压稳定量化隶属度矩阵,通过归一化处理获取配电网暂态电压稳定时暂态电压特征量,采用模糊评判法设计配电网暂态电压稳定判据,通过模糊评判法将暂态电压稳定性定性指标转化给定量指标,得到配电网暂态电压稳定的量化评估结果。结果表明,该方法可通过评估发现节点受到扰动后其负荷母线暂态电压是否恢复至稳定状态,并通过计算获取暂态电压失稳节点的暂态电压稳定程度。This paper proposed a quantitative evaluation method for transient voltage stability of distribution network based on fuzzy evaluation.Extracting the transient voltage stability when the transient voltage distribution network characteristics,building a distribution network transient voltage stability quantitative membership degree matrix,normalizing the transient voltage characteristics,fuzzy evaluation method is used to design distribution network transient voltage stability criterion.By applying fuzzy judgment,qualitative indicators of transient voltage stability are transformed into quantitative indicators,resulting in a quantified assessment of transient voltage stability in the distribution network.The experimental results showed that the method could find whether the transient voltage of load bus was restored to stable state after the node was disturbed by evaluation.The transient voltage stability degree of the transient voltage instability node was obtained by calculation.And the quantitative evaluation results of this method could help restore the transient voltage stability of the distribution network.
