汽车内饰用有机硅皮革与传统人造皮革的性能比较

摘　　要：从手感、回弹性、抗污性、耐光老化、耐热老化、耐水解、耐溶剂、耐折、气味、阻燃等不同性能方面,比较了有机硅皮革与传统人造皮革的性能差异。同时,指出了有机硅皮革在当前应用中存在的主要问题及需要优化改进的方向。结果表明:与传统PU革和PVC革比较,有机硅皮革在手感、回弹性、抗污性、耐光老化、耐热老化、耐水解、耐溶剂、耐折、气味、阻燃方面都具有非常突出的先天性优势,要明显优于其他两种传统皮革;有机硅皮革出色的性能和独特的体验,能够极大地提升产品竞争力。The performance differences between silicone leather and traditional artificial leathers were compared from the different aspects of feeling,rebound resilience,stain resistance,light aging resistance,heat aging resistance,hydrolysis resistance,solvent resistance,folding resistance,odor and flame retardant.At the same time,the main problems existing in the current application of silicone leather and optimized directions were pointed out.The results show that compared with PU leather and PVC leather,silicone leather has outstanding congenital advantages in feeling,rebound resilience,stain resistance,light aging resistance,heat aging resistance,hydrolysis resistance,solvent resistance,folding resistance,odor and flame retardant,which is obviously better than the other two traditional leathers.The excellent performance and unique experience of silicone leather can greatly improve the competitiveness of products.
