摘 要:作为重要的汽车底盘承力零部件,前悬架下控制臂承受和传递自轮胎到车身的路面冲击载荷,其强度及耐久性能表现直接关乎整车的使用寿命和乘员安全。以底盘系统验证过程中下控制臂球头销断裂问题为出发点,从多方面分析及横向对比排查产品本身及载荷强度问题;根据底盘系统试验结果对球头结构及表面热处理工艺等进行了优化,并通过了零部件试验验证。结果表明:控制臂球头销耐久寿命提升至少4.2倍,优化效果明显。As an important bearing part of automobile chassis,the lower control arm of the front suspension bears and transmits the road impact load from the tire to the vehicle body.Its strength and durability performance are directly related to the service life of the vehicle and occupant safety.Starting from the fracture problem of the lower control arm ball joint in the process of chassis system verification,the product itself and load strength problems were analyzed and horizontally compared from various aspects.According to the test results of chassis system,the ball joint structure and surface heat treatment process were optimized,and the test verification of parts were passed.The results show that the durability of the control arm ball joint is increased by at least 4.2 times,and the optimization effect is obvious.
