摘 要:转向节是关系汽车行驶安全的重要零件,其疲劳性能需要经过试验验证,合理的装夹方式是试验有效的前提。以某型号的转向节为研究对象,采用有限元分析的方法计算得出在相同工况下采用两种不同装夹方式的转向节的受力状态,通过对比受力状态验证两种装夹方式的合理性。研究结果表明:采用模拟悬架的装夹方式与完全固定的装夹方式下转向节的受力状态差异较大,在疲劳耐久试验中采用模拟悬架的装夹方式可使转向节受力状态更接近实车状态。Steering knuckle is an important part related to the safety of vehicles.Its fatigue performance needs to be verified by experiments.The reasonable clamping way is the premise of effective experiments.Taking a certain type of steering knuckle as the research object,the stress state of the steering knuckle with two different clamping ways under the same working condition was calculated by using the finite element analysis method,and the rationality of the two clamping ways was verified by comparing the stress state.The research results show that the stress state of the steering knuckle using the clamping way of the simulated suspension and the fully fixed clamping way is quite different.In the fatigue endurance test,the use of simulated suspension clamping way can make the stress state of the steering knuckle closer to the real vehicle state.
