摘 要:燃油箱是汽车存储燃料的容器,位于汽车的底部,汽车在行驶过程中会对燃油箱产生一些振动的影响。本文主要研究燃油箱在工作过程中的动态特性。采用有限元分析的方法,并利用HyperMesh软件对燃油箱进行自由模态分析。分析表明:燃油箱不会与外界激励产生共振的现象,其振动对汽车的使用不会造成任何影响;对薄弱的地方进行改进优化,使油箱在满足要求的情况下同时实现轻量化设计,为后期燃油箱的设计开发提供参考。The fuel tank is a vehicle fuel storage device located at the bottom of the car.The car can produce some vibration effects on the fuel tank while driving.The dynamic characteristics of fuel tank in the working process were mainly studied.The free mode analysis of fuel tank was carried out by using the finite element analysis method and HyperMesh software.The analysis shows that the fuel tank does not resonate with external incentives,and its vibration does not have any impact on the use of the car.The weak points are improved and optimized,and the fuel tank can achieve lightweight design while meeting the requirements.It provides reference for the design and development of the fuel tank in the later stage.
