摘　　要：受煤矿老采空区影响的高层建筑场地,多方法开采陡倾煤层形成老采空区,场地地面沉陷区积水,下伏采空区处于充水状态,采空区经注浆充填法治理,充填效果直接决定采空区地基是否“活化”,影响场地的稳定性从而决定工程的整体质量和安全性耐久性,以采空区注浆治理充填效果评价为研究对象,通过场压浆系数比对分析进行评价研究,对于同类复杂采空区有必要考虑进行多次补充注浆,为类似项目提供了很好的借鉴。As for the high-rise architectural sites affected by the old goaf of coal mines which come into being due to the exploitation at the steeply inclined seam with many methods,the paper indicates water-logging can be found at the subsidence areas and the underground goaf remains full of water,explains the grouting filling method is adopted here,whose filling effect determines whether the goaf foundation is in excitation or not directly to have the influence on the stability of the sites,even on the wholly quality,safety and durability of the project,undertakes the evaluation study by analyzing the field grouting coefficient by taking the filling effect evaluation of the grouting treatment as the research object,and points out the necessity for the multiple filling grouting at the similar complicated goaf areas,so as to provide better reference for similar projects.
