摘 要:为了探索城轨政策收紧背景下部分城市区域枢纽机场接入轨道交通的实施路径,以呼和浩特新机场为例,从政策要求、审批模式和规划方案三个方面展开研究。通过解读相关政策,明确了新机场联通轨道交通的必要性和指标要求。对国内已建成机场线审批模式进行统计分类,为选择适宜的报批模式提供参考。结合新机场建设规模和交通需求,在分析城市建设条件和轨道交通规划的基础上,提出了总体布局方案。围绕新建机场线的功能定位与线路总体布局、客流特征分析、制式选择、运营组织方案等设计要点,提出了研究思路和建议。In order to explore the implementation path of connecting regional hub airports to rail transit,taking Hohhot New Airport as an example,the study was conducted from three aspects:policy requirements,approval mode,and planning scheme.By interpreting relevant policies,the necessity and indicator requirements for connecting the new airport with rail transit have been clarified.The statistical classification of approval modes for domestic airport lines has been conducted to provide reference for selecting appropriate approval modes.Based on the analysis of urban construction conditions and rail transit planning,the overall layout plan is proposed based on the construction scale and traffic demand of the new airport.Based on the functional positioning and overall layout of the newly built airport line,analysis of passenger flow characteristics,system selection,and operational organization plans,research ideas and suggestions are proposed.
