基于性能化防火设计的大型商综防火设计探究

摘　　要：进入21世纪我国经济实力迅速发展,物质财富、精神文明不断提高,城市建设的规模与速度也在与日俱增。伴随着各种类型的公共建筑在城市中的悄然兴起,商业建筑作为主导人们商业活动的建筑类型,已经由原来“市”,发展到了商业街、百货店、大规模的购物中心等。商业建筑的形式也打破了传统的商业建设模式,出现了规模化、复合化,一体化的大型商业购物综合体。与此同时,大型商业建筑给防火设计也带来了诸多挑战。在总结大型商业综合体在防火设计中面临诸多问题的基础上,结合太原万达广场探讨商业建筑防火设计规范在实际工程中的运用以及在不能满足现行防火规范下的性能化防火设计,得出了一些有价值的结论。In the 21st century,China’s economic strength has been developing rapidly,material wealth and spiritual civilization have been continuously improved,and the scale and speed of urban construction have been increasing constantly.Along with the progressive rise of various types of public buildings in cities,commercial buildings,as the building type that dominates people’s commercial activities,have developed from the original“shi”to commercial streets,department stores,large-scale shopping center and so on.Its architectural form also breaks the traditional commercial construction mode,and has emerged large-scale,composite and integrated large commercial shopping complex.At the same time,large commercial buildings have brought many challenges to the design of fire zoning.On the basis of summarizing the problems faced by large commercial complexes in fire design,this paper take Taiyuan Wanda Plaza as example to discusses the application of commercial building fire design specifications in practical project and the performance fire design under the failure to meet the current fire code,some valuable conclusions have been drawn.
