摘 要:碳/硫元素是无机固体材料中备受关注的常规分析项目。高频燃烧红外吸收法具有快速、准确的优点,被推荐为多种无机固体材料碳/硫分析的标准方法。基于近150项国家标准、行业标准及地方标准、团体标准,评述了高频燃烧红外吸收法在钢铁和镍合金、铁合金和冶金添加剂、有色金属及合金、地质样品和金属矿石、稀土金属和核材料及其他无机非金属材料等无机固体材料碳/硫分析标准中的应用现状,列出了上述标准的适用对象、测定范围与试料量、助熔剂加入量及顺序等主要技术参数,介绍了上述标准的采标情况和发展路线,并提出了精简整合建议,展望了该方法在新材料碳/硫分析中的应用前景和发展方向,建议进一步加强标准的整合修订和更新以及标准样品的研发工作,使无机固体材料碳/硫含量标准分析方法体系更加完善。Carbon and sulfur are the routine detection items in inorganic solid materials.High frequency combustion infrared absorption method has been recommended as the standard method for analysis of carbon and sulfur in various inorganic solid materials due to its advantages such as fast and accurate.The application status of high frequency combustion infrared absorption method for analysis of carbon and sulfur in inorganic solid materials such as iron and steel,nickel alloys,ferroalloys,metallurgical additives,nonferrous metal alloys,geological rock,metal ores,rare earth metals,nuclear materials,and inorganic non-metallic materials was reviewed,based on about 150 national standards,industrial standards,local standards or group standards.The main parameters of the above standards,such as the applicable objects,determination scope,adding amount and order of sample and fluxes,were listed.The adoption and development route of standards were introduced.Then some suggestions on simplification and integration were put forward.The application prospect and development direction of high frequency combustion infrared absorption method in the standardization for analysis of carbon and sulfur in new materials were prospected.It was expected to further strengthen the integration,revision and updating of standard methods and the research and development of standard samples,so as to improve the standard method system for carbon and sulfur analysis in inorganic solid materials.
