摘 要:当今X射线荧光光谱(XRF)已成为钒钛磁铁矿分析最重要的方法之一。作者收集了1993—2022年我国X射线荧光光谱技术分析钒钛磁铁矿(包括钛矿石、钒矿石、钛铁矿等)的期刊文献共计32篇,其中23篇采用熔融制样方法,9篇采用粉末压片制样方法。文章介绍了我国钒钛磁铁矿分析概况,对31篇期刊文献用列表方式简介了方法要点,对其中较典型、有代表性的文献按制样方法进行了重点评介,最后讨论了X射线荧光光谱分析地质材料时的制样方法选取、样品粒度影响和钒钛磁铁矿石的X射线荧光光谱分析方法的未来发展等问题。全篇引文44篇。At present,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)has become one of the most important methods for the analysis of vanadium-titanium magnetite.Total 32 periodical literatures on XRF analysis of vanadium-titanium magnetite(including titanium ore,vanadium ore,ilmenite,etc.)from 1993 to 2022 were collected.Among them,23 literatures adopted fusion sample preparation method,and 9 literatures adopted pressed powder pellet method.The analysis of vanadium-titanium magnetite in China was overviewed.The key points of methods in 31 periodical literatures were briefly introduced in the form of list.The typical and representative literatures were reviewed according to the sample preparation method.Finally,the selection of sample preparation methods,the influence of sample size and the future development trend in analysis of vanadium-titanium magnetite by XRF were discussed for the analysis of geological materials.Total 44 papers were cited.
