摘  要:针对Cr5型模具钢退火组织合格率低,难以满足标准要求的现实技术难题,基于有限元方法,模拟计算了Cr5型模具钢水空交替冷却过程中的温度场、相变场及应力场,对现有工艺进行了模拟计算,贝氏体体积分数与试验结果较吻合,验证了模型的准确性。最终通过多方案模拟计算得到了最优热处理工艺,水空交替控冷后无贝氏体组织,经生产试验验证新工艺实现了产品组织100%合格。Aiming at the practical technical problem that the qualified rate of annealing structure of Cr5 die steel is low,and it is difficult to meet the standard requirements,the temperature field,phase transformation field and stress field of Cr5 die steel in the process of liquid-air alternating cooling were simulated and calculated based by the finite element method.The existing process was simulated and calculated,and the bainite volume fraction was in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of the model.Finally,the optimal heat treatment process was obtained through multi-scheme simulation calculation,and there was no bainite structure after water-air alternating controlled cooling.It was verified by the production test that the product structure of the new process is 100%qualified.
