摘  要:针对节镍型铜磷系耐候钢薄板带的质量问题,某钢厂采用镍铁替代镍板,将镍质量分数降低至0.011%~0.072%,采用转炉留渣少渣冶炼、高磷出钢与连铸“弱冷+低过热度+恒、高拉速+高矫直温度”浇铸系列工艺,控制二次冷却比水量在0.7~1.1 L/kg,控制中间包温度在1 529~1 543℃,将拉速稳定在1.45 m/min,解决了因冷却强度不合理引起的铸坯表面质量问题,铸坯表面裂纹率控制在0.3%以下;在此基础上,适当增加连铸的二冷水量,有效提高了坯壳强度,减轻鼓肚,减少P中心偏析现象;结合精密热轧控制技术,成功试制了节镍型铜磷系耐候钢薄板带。薄板带的尺寸精度高,表面质量良好,力学性能各项数据(R_(eL)>390 MPa、R_(m)>520 MPa、δ>26%)均超过了国标要求,生产成本大幅降低。In view of the quality problem of nickel-saving copper-phosphorus series weathering steel strip,a steel plant replaced nickel plate with ferronickel to reduce the nickel content to 0.011%~0.072%,and adopted converter slag and less slag smelting,combing with the casting process of"weak cooling+low superheat+constant,high drawing speed+high straightening temperature".The specific water volume of secondary cooling is controlled to be 0.7~1.1 L/kg,the ladle temperature is controlled to be 1529~1543℃,and the drawing speed is stabilized to be 1.45 m/min.The slab surface crack caused by unreasonable cooling intensity are solved,and the slab surface crack rate is controlled to be below 0.3%.On this basis,appropriately increasing the secondary cooling water volume of continuous casting effectively improved the strength of billet shell,reduce the bulge and P center segregation.Combined with precision hot rolling control technology,nickel-saving copper-phosphorus series weathering steel strip have been successfully developed.The dimensional accuracy of the steel strips is relatively high,the surface quality is relatively good,and the mechanical property indexes(R_(eL)390 MPa、R_(m)520 MPa、δ26%)far exceed the requirements of the national standard,and the production cost is greatly reduced.
