摘  要:以三聚硫氰酸(TCY)作硫化剂,制备了氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)胶料;研究了氧化锌、二硫化二苯并噻唑(DM)、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸钙和氢氧化镁对CM胶料硫化特性及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,不加入氧化锌和DM时,TCY不能硫化CM胶料;当TCY用量在2.4~3份时,CM硫化胶力学性能最佳;加入硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸钙或氢氧化镁(7.5~10份)可改善CM胶料硫化特性和力学性能。Chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM)compound was prepared using Trithiocyanwric acid(TCY)as curative.The effects of zinc oxide,dibenzothiazole disulfide(DM),zinc stearate,barium stearate,calcium stearate,and magnesium hydroxide on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of CM compounds were studied.The results showed that TCY could not vulcanize CM compound without adding zinc oxide and DM;When the amount of TCY was between 2.4 and 3 phr,the mechanical properties of CM vulcanizate were the best;Adding barium stearate,calcium stearate,or magnesium hydroxide(7.5 to 10 phr)could improve the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of CM compounds.
