摘  要:分析了双酚AF硫化三元氟橡胶的二段硫化条件。结果表明,通过二段硫化提高三元氟橡胶硫化胶的硫化程度时,硫化时间是主要因素,硫化温度为次要因素;二段硫化前后相比,硫化胶硬度基本没有发生变化,拉断伸长率呈现降低趋势;硫化8 h时,硫化胶拉伸强度和压缩永久变形均趋于平稳;硫化12 h时,硫化胶拉断伸长率达到最小值;随着二段硫化时间的延长,硫化胶拉伸强度呈现增大趋势,压缩永久变形呈现减小趋势;选取230℃×(8~12)h作二段硫化条件具有节能减排效果。The post curing conditions of bisphenol AF vulcanized ternary fluororubber were analyzed.The results showed that when the state of curing of fluororubber vulcanizates was improved by post curing,curing time was the main factor,and curing temperature was the secondary factor;Before and after the post curing,the hardness of the vulcanizate did not change,and the elongation at break showed a downward trend;When vulcanized for 8 hours,the tensile strength and compression set of the vulcanizate tended to stabilize;When vulcanized for 12 h,the elongation at break of the vulcanizate reached the minimum value;With the extension of the post curing time,the tensile strength of the vulcanizates showed an increasing trend,while the compression set showed a decreasing trend;Selecting 230 C X(8~12)h as the post curing condition had energy-saving and emission reduction effects.
