摘　　要：目的开发适用于临床患者的简版弗莱堡正念调查量表。方法对山东省肿瘤医院411例胃肠癌患者进行施测,基于项目分析和探索性因子分析对14条目弗莱堡正念调查量表(FMI-14)进行简化。选用心理弹性、疾病感知和感知压力作为效标关联指标。采用SPSS 22.0和Mplus 7.4进行数据的描述和分析。结果根据项目分析和探索性因子分析结果,FMI-14共删除8个条目,最终保留3个觉知条目和3个接纳条目。6条目弗莱堡正念调查量表(FMI-6)的Cronbach’sα系数为0.831,Guttman折半信度系数为0.848。验证性因子模型拟合良好,指标为卡方自由度比值(χ^(2)/df)=1.892,比较适配指数(CFI)=0.991,非规准适配指数(TLI)=0.982,标准化残差均方根(SRMR)=0.029,渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.064。正念与心理弹性、疾病感知和感知压力呈显著相关(r=0.679,r=-0.522,r=-0.571,均P<0.001)。结论FMI-6具有良好的心理测量学特性,且基本准确涵盖了FMI-14的内容,可以有效提高施测效率,有利于在临床患者中使用和推广。Objective To test the applicability of the simplified Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory(FMI)in patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods Totally 411 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were recruited from Shandong Cancer Hospital,and the 14-item FMI(FMI-14)was simplified based on item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Mplus 7.4 and SPSS 22.0 were used for data description and analysis.Results A total of 8 items were deleted,and 3 presence items and 3 acceptance items were retained.The Cronbachsαcoefficient of the 6-item FMI(FMI-6)was 0.831,and the Guttmans split-half reliability was 0.848.The confirmatory factor model fitted well(χ^(2)/df=1.892,CFI=0.991,TLI=0.982,SRMR=0.029,RMSEA=0.064).The total score of FMI-6 was significantly associated with resilience,illness perception,and perceived stress(r=0.679,r=-0.522,r=-0.571,all P<0.001).Conclusion The 6-item FMI has good psychometric properties,and can be used to evaluate mindfulness level of patients in clinic.
