基于POI数据的城市用地功能演变与评价研究——以株洲市辖区为例

摘　　要：利用POI数据研究城市用地功能演变对优化土地利用结构具有重要的现实意义。以株洲市辖区2015-2021年三个时期POI数据为基础,运用空间频数密度与类型比例法、核密度分析法、标准差椭圆分析法,利用ArcGIS软件对城市功能用地整体空间格局进行可视化分析。结果表明:(1)株洲市辖区单一功能用地和混合功能用地数量都在逐年增多,但单一功能用地数量始终多于混合功能用地;(2)株洲市辖区单一功能用地呈集聚分布,混合功能用地呈点状分散布局比较分裂;(3)株洲市辖区城市功能用地整体上呈现“核心-外围”分布格局,研究区由北往南单一功能用地的集聚趋势逐渐减弱,混合功能用地的多样性逐渐降低。The use of POI data to study the functional evolution of urban land has important practical significance for optimizing the land use structure.Based on the POI data for three periods from 2015 to 2021 in Zhuzhou City,the spatial frequency density and type ratio method,the kernel density analysis method and the standard deviation ellipse analysis method are applied to visualize the overall spatial pattern of urban functional land using ArcGIS software.The results show that:①the number of single-function land and mixed-function land in Zhuzhou City is increasing year by year,but the number of single-function land is always more than mixed-function land;②the single-function land in Zhuzhou City is clustered,while the mixed-function land is scattered and divided;③The overall distribution pattern of urban functional land in Zhuzhou City shows a“core-periphery”pattern,with the concentration of single-function land in the study area gradually decreasing from north to south and the diversity of mixed-function land gradually decreasing.
