基于中间成果库的不动产统一查询利用模式——以广州市为例

摘　　要：针对不动产存量登记数据全面整合工作完成前阶段,无法统一查询利用的情况下,提出基于不动产登记中间成果库的统一查询利用模式。在登记簿标准基础上,结合登记、查询利用数据现状,建设全市唯一的不动产登记中间成果库,设计与开发不动产统一查询利用系统,以实现不动产登记数据的统一登记、查询利用、共享交换。In view of the situation that unified query and utilization cannot be achieved before the completion of comprehensive integration of real estate inventory registration data,this paper proposes a unified query and utilization mode based on the intermediate result database of real estate registration.On the basis of the standard of the register and in combination with the current situation of the registration and query utilization data,the only real estate registration achievement database in the city is constructed,and the unified query and utilization system of the real estate is designed and developed to realize the unified registration,query and utilization,sharing and exchange of the real estate registration data.
