地铁隧道下穿软土层近距离供水隧道沉降变形分析探讨

摘  要:地铁施工以地下车站和大型盾构法隧道施工为主,盾构机的推进参数和同步注浆是保证周边环境安全的保障,沉降变形过大通常可以进行二次注浆来控制沉降,能很大程度上避免或减轻对环境破坏的后果,但对于较特殊工况的二次注浆会适得其反。本文以杭州地铁盾构下穿供水隧道为例,分析探讨地铁隧道在软弱土层中下穿近距离隧道的监测数据变形,盾构通过后的二次注浆加大了供水隧道的沉降变形,变形稳定周期也比通常情况更长。Subway construction is mainly based on underground stations and large-scale shield tunnel construction,the propulsion parameters and synchronous grouting of the shield machine are the guarantees to ensure the safety of the surrounding environment,if the settlement deformation is too large,secondary grouting can usually be carried out to control the settlement,and largely avoid or mitigate the consequences of environmental damage,however,it will be counterproductive for secondary grouting under special conditions.This paper takes the Hangzhou subway shield tunnel line passing through the Qiandao Lake water supply tunnel in Hangzhou as an example,analyzed and discussed the monitoring data deformation of subway tunnels passing through short-range pipelines in soft soil layers,the secondary grouting after the shield passes increases the settlement deformation of the water supply tunnel,settlement deformation stabilization period is also longer than usual.
