摘 要:废旧聚酯纺织品经乙二醇(EG)醇解、与1,4-丁二醇(BDO)酯交换后得到对苯二甲酸双羟基丁二醇酯(BHBT),再与碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和BDO酯交换制备的双甲基碳酸丁二醇酯(BMBC)缩聚制备出再生基聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-co-碳酸丁二醇酯(r-PBCT)共聚酯。在高纯氮气的气氛下,采用不同的升温速率对r-PBCT的热降解动力学进行研究,并与聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)进行对比研究。利用Kissinger、Flynn-Wall-Ozawa及Friedman 3种方法分别计算了其热降解表观活化能。结果表明:PBC为一步降解行为;r-PBCT为两步热降解行为,随着BT链段含量的增加,活化能逐渐增加,热稳定性不断增强。利用Coast-Redfern法研究了PBC和r-PBCT的热降解反应动力学机理,其中,PBC的热降解反应级数为0.5;r-PBCT遵循一维扩散反应机理,反应级数为2.0。Post-consumer polyester textiles were alcoholized and transesterified to prepare bis(2-hydroxybutyl)terephthalate(BHBT)without any purification.Subsequently,it was polycondensed with bis(2-methyl)butylene carbonate(BMBC)which was synthesized by dimethyl carbonate(DMC)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)to prepare regenerated poly(terephthalate-co-butylene carbonate)copolyester(r-PBCT)copolyesters.The thermal degradation kinetics of PBC and r-PBCT were studied by the thermogravimetric method under high-purity nitrogen.And the activation energy was calculated by Kissinger's method,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa's method and Friedman's method,respectively.The results show that the thermal degradation behavior of PBC is evidenced by one-step thermal degradation profile and r-PBCT is evidenced by two-step thermal degradation profile.The activation energy and the reaction order tend to increase with an increasing BT content,and the thermal stability is also enhanced constantly.The kinetic mechanism of PBC and r-PBCT was studied by Coast-Redfern method.Among them,the thermal degredation reaction order of PBC is 0.5.r-PBCT follows the one-dimensional diffusion reaction mechanism and its thermal degradation reaction order is 2.0.
