摘 要:将超高速动能导弹简化为带负载的动能杆,建立其斜侵彻质心运动方程,据此预测其斜侵彻深度。利用Ansys/LS-DYNA软件对侵彻过程进行数值模拟,通过与理论计算结果对比,验证建立的理论侵彻深度模型的可靠性,分析负载位置对动能杆侵彻过程的影响,并和无负载动能杆进行对比。研究结果表明:负载撞击靶板后导致的靶板翘起会撞击动能杆,甚至使动能杆发生折断,致其侵彻深度下降;负载到动能杆头部的距离越远,翘起的靶板越晚撞击动能杆,负载对动能杆的侵彻影响越小。故设计带负载的动能杆时,应尽量将负载置于动能杆后方,使弹丸的整体质心靠后,降低负载对动能杆侵彻过程的影响。The hypervelocity kinetic energy missile is simplified as a kinetic energy rod with load.The equation of motion of the long rod with load obliquely penetrating the target is established.Based the equation of motion,a prediction model of the oblique penetration depth of the long rod with load is established.The penetration process is simulated numerically by Ansys/LS-DYNA software.The reliability of the theoretical penetration depth model is verified by comparing with the theoretical calculation results.By comparing the penetration results of kinetic energy rod without load,the influence of load position on the penetration process of kinetic energy rod is analyzed.It is found that deformation of the target caused by the impact of the load will impact the long rod,which will cause bend or even break the rod and decrease the penetration depth;with the increase of the distance between the load and the head of the kinetic rod,the later the tilted target hits the kinetic rod,the less the impact of the load on the penetration of the kinetic rod.Therefore,when designing the kinetic long rod with load,the load is placed behind the rod to reduce the impact of the load on the penetration of the kinetic energy rod.
