摘 要:目的建立盐酸赛庚啶片的近红外光谱快速鉴别方法。方法收集12个不同厂家生产的82批次盐酸赛庚啶片,采集其近红外光谱,建立了盐酸赛庚啶片的快速鉴别方法。结果所建立的快速鉴别方法可以较好地鉴别盐酸赛庚啶片,方法快速、准确、无损并且绿色环保。结论建立的盐酸赛庚啶片的近红外光谱分析方法可广泛应用于基层单位药品的快速鉴别。Objective To establish a rapid identification method for cyproheptadine hydrochloride tablets with near-infrared(NIR)spectra.Methods Eighty-two batches of cyproheptadine hydrochloride tablets from twelve manufacturers were collected,and their NIR spectra were used to establish a rapid identification method for cyproheptadine hydrochloride tablets.Results The established method for rapid identification could clearly distinguish the samples of cyproheptadine hydrochloride tablets from other drugs.This method proved to be rapid,accurate,non-destructive and environmentally friendly.Conclusion The established qualitative method can be applied to rapid drug determination in grass-roots institutions.
