摘　　要：目的探讨总结方舱医院应对奥密克戎新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的药事管理与药学服务模式。方法通过构建方舱医院药事管理工作组织架构、精细化设置方舱医院药房药库、多举措精细化保障药品供应、充分发挥临床药师药学服务职能,提高合理用药水平以及加强药学人员医院感染防护培训与考核等举措保障药品供应,做好药学服务。结果在全方位保障药品供应基础上,提供用药咨询、个体化药物重整、患者教育等药学服务,提高了患者的用药依从性,促进了安全合理用药,减少了医患纠纷。结论初步建立适合方舱医院药事管理与药学服务的模式在战胜新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中发挥了重要作用,为进一步优化药品保障供应和药学服务提供参考。Objective To explore the ways pharmaceutical services were provided in a cabin hospital during the Covid-19 epidemic.Methods High-quality pharmaceutical services were provided by constructing an organizational framework for the delivery of pharmaceutical services,properly laying out the pharmacy and storehouse,ensuring adequate supply of drugs by different means,giving full play to the ability of clinical pharmacists,improving rational drug use,and strengthening the training and testing of pharmacists in terms of protection against infections.Results Apart from adequate supply of each type of drug,such pharmaceutical services as drug counseling,individualization of drugs,and popularization of information about drugs were provided to improve patients'medication compliance,promote safe and rational drug use,and reduce doctor-patient disputes.Conclusion A pharmacy service model suitable for cabin hospitals can play an important role in containing Covid-19,and provide guidance for further optimization of drug supply and pharmaceutical services.
