摘　　要：冬虫夏草属麦角菌科虫草属真菌类,是冬虫夏草菌寄生于蝙蝠蛾幼虫体内而产生的子座及其寄主幼虫尸体的复合物。天然冬虫夏草味甘性平,甘平质润,作用平和,补益肾肺,其功效缓和、滋而不腻,具有很好的益补作用。本文就冬虫夏草生长特性、产生过程、其寄主蝙蝠蛾、冬虫夏草无性型、冬虫夏草的主要化学成分及药理作用、人工培育与发酵等进行阐述,探讨用低成本高药效性的虫草菌丝发酵产物替代昂贵的天然冬虫夏草的可行性,以期为研发工作提供参考。Cordyceps Sinensis is a fungus of the genus Cordyceps of the family Clavieepitaeeae.It is the complex of stroma produced by Cordyceps Sinensis(Berk.)Sacc parasitic in the larvae of Hepialus and its host larvae.Natural Cordyceps Sinensis is sweet,mild and conducive to the kidney and lung.Moreover,it is nourishing but not greasy,and has a good tonic effect.In this paper,the attributes of growth,processes of production,host Hepialus,anamorph,main chemical components and pharmacological effects,artificial cultivation and fermentation of Cordyceps Sinensis are described.The feasibility of replacing expensive natural Cordyceps Sinensis with low-cost and highly-effective Cordyceps mycelium fermentation products is discussed in order to provide reference for research and development.
