摘  要:产业技术升级决定企业的持续竞争力,因此,准确把握技术更新换代的时机十分重要,但也是难题。归纳并提出“技术价值半衰性原理”,高新技术投产后其价值按照半衰期规律衰减,在第一个半衰期时要推出新技术,在第二个半衰期时要淘汰原技术,才可能保持产业竞争优势。Industrial technology upgrading determines the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to accurately grasp the opportunity of technology upgrading,but it is also a difficult problem.The“half decay principle of technical value”was put forward,which meaned that the value of the high-tech would decline according to the law of half-life.In the first half life,new technologies should be introduced,and in the second half life,the original technology should be eliminated to maintain the industrial competitive advantage.
