摘 要:合理配置科技领域知识供应链的投入产出规模,可以推动国家经济与科技实力的进一步发展。基于DEA模型和Malmquist指数模型对中国内地30个省份2015—2020年高技术产业知识供应链运行效率及变动态势展开实证研究。结果发现,中国高技术产业知识供应链整体运行效率良好,处于上升趋势,区域间影响因素略有不同,东部地区运行效率良好,中部地区和西部地区综合技术效率和技术进步变动对运行效率影响最大,技术水平存在东部>中部>西部的发展格局。Rational allocation of input and output scales of knowledge supply chains in science and technology can promote the further development of national economic and technological strength.Based on DEA model and Malmquist index model,an empirical study is conducted on the operational efficiency and change trend of the knowledge supply chain of high-tech industry in 30 provinces and cities in Chinese mainland from 2015 to 2020.The results found that the overall operational efficiency of the knowledge supply chain of high-tech industries in China was good and is in an upward trend,and the influencing factors were slightly different among regions,with the operational efficiency in the eastern region being good,while the integrated technical efficiency and changes in technical progress in the central and western regions had the greatest influence on the operational efficiency,and there was a development pattern of technology level of east>central>west.
