河北省公共体育“数字化+”服务模式的价值与实施路径研究

摘　　要：在分析河北省公共体育服务存在问题的基础上,阐释了“数字化+”公共体育服务模式内涵、价值及实施路径。研究认为,“数字化+”公共体育服务模式有助于构建协同高效均等的治理格局、提升各维度服务效益、使群众享受优质便捷服务,促进公共体育服务高质量发展。鉴于河北省公共体育服务现状,从完善保障制度,基层场地设施、健身赛事活动、健身技能培训、科学健身指导的“数字化+”改革,河北省农村公共体育服务数字普及工程三个方面提出了具体的实施路径。On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of public sports service in Hebei Province,the connotation,value and implementation path of“digital+”public sports service mode are explained.According to the research,the“digital+”public sports service mode can help build a collaborative,efficient and equal governance pattern,improve service efficiency in all dimensions,enable the masses to enjoy high-quality and convenient services,and promote the high-quality development of public sports services.In view of the current situation of public sports services in Hebei Province,specific implementation paths are proposed from three aspects:perfecting the security system,implemenntating“digital+”reform of grassroots venue facilities,fitness events,fitness skills training,scientific fitness guidance,and the digital popularization project of rural public sports services in Hebei Province.
