摘  要:目的:比较仰卧位CT扫描和改变体位(侧卧位或俯卧位)CT扫描对特殊部位肺亚实性结节测量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年至2021年在我院行仰卧位和改变体位CT扫描的56例患者,共66个特殊部位肺亚实性结节,分为仰卧位组和改变体位组,测量2组结节的大小、体积、密度以及肺和肌肉的密度,并计算标准化结节密度(密度结节-密度肺、密度结节-密度肌肉、密度结节/密度肺和密度结节/密度肌肉)和以上参数变化率。按照结节大小分为2个亚组(<10 mm和≥10 mm),比较各参数在组间的差异以及各参数变化率在亚组间的差异。结果:在仰卧位组和改变体位组中,结节大小、体积和密度结节/密度肌肉无明显统计学差异(均P>0.05),其余参数均存在统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结节大小的变化率最小(0.41%),结节密度的变化率最大(5.91%),将结节密度标准化后的参数中,密度结节/密度肌肉的变化率最小(2.21%)。参数变化率在2个亚组中没有统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论:CT扫描体位可以影响部分肺亚实性结节量化参数,结节密度更易受扫描体位改变的影响。Purpose:To compare the effect of CT scanning position on the measurement of pulmonary subsolid nodules.Methods:Fifty-six patients with a total of 66 subsolid nodules were included in this retrospective study.All of them underwent supine position and changed position chest CT scanning in our hospital from 2016 to 2021.The subsolid nodules were divided into supine group and changed position group.The size,volume,density of nodules and density of lung and muscle were measured.The standardized nodule density(densitynodule-densitylung,densitynodule-densitymuscle,densitynodule/densitylung and densitynodule/densitymuscle)and the rate of changed position to supine were calculated.The nodules were divided into two subgroups(<10 mm and≥10 mm)according to the size.Quantitative parameters were compared between groups.The rates of changed position to supine were compared between subgroups.Results:No differences were found in size,volume of nodules and densitynodule/densitymuscle between supine group and changed position group(all P>0.05).The rate of change of nodule size was the lowest(0.41%),and the rate of change of nodule density was the highest(5.91%).The rate of change of densitynodule/densitymuscle was the lowest(2.21%)among the standardized nodule density.The rate of changed position to supine was independent of size(all P>0.05).Conclusion:CT scanning position can affect the quantitative parameters of pulmonary subsolid nodules,and the measurement of nodule density is more likely to be affected by the change of scanning position.
