摘 要:针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿8107工作面护巷煤柱受采动的影响,煤炭资源损失严重,煤柱承载能力降低,巷道易出现变形、底鼓,存在较难支护的问题,通过分析该巷道煤柱应力分布情况,阐明了进行小煤柱护巷的可行性,并设计了6 m小煤柱配套巷道支护方案。实际应用发现:在工作面采动之前,该巷道顶板与底板的收缩变形量大多在10 mm以内,采动过程中该巷道顶板与底板的收缩变形量最大为450 mm,得出该文所设计的小煤柱及配套支护方案是可行的,该研究可为类似工况下矿井巷道小煤柱的留设及巷道支护提供参考。In response to the impact of mining on the coal pillars of the 8107 working face in a certain mine of Jinneng Holdings Coal Industry Group,the coal resource loss is severe,the bearing capacity of the coal pillars is reduced,and the roadway is prone to deformation and floor heave,which are difficult to support.By analyzing the stress distribution of the coal pillars in the roadway,the feasibility of using small coal pillars to support the roadway is clarified,and a supporting plan for the 6m small coal pillar supporting the roadway is designed.In practical application,it is found that before the mining of the working face,The shrinkage deformation of the roof and floor of the tunnel is mostly within 10mm.During the mining process,the maximum shrinkage deformation of the roof and floor of the tunnel is 450mm.It is concluded that the small coal pillar and supporting scheme designed in this article is feasible.This study can provide reference for the retention of small coal pillars and tunnel support in similar working conditions in mine tunnels.
