压力扩散型锚杆支护效应的研究分析

摘  要:随着煤矿矿井开采深度及长度的延伸,对锚杆的锚固支护效果要求也逐渐提高,压力扩散型锚杆可有效地提高锚杆的支护效果。采用有限元仿真的形式建立巷道掘进的支护模型,对压力扩散型锚杆的支护效应进行分析,并与常规应用的拉力型锚杆进行对比分析。应用结果表明,压力扩散型锚杆的轴力作用相对于拉力型锚杆有轻微减小,而对位移的控制效应可减小14.5%,可有效地提高锚杆支护的效果,对于煤矿的支护安全具有重要的作用。With the extension of mining depth and length in coal mines,the requirements for the anchoring support effect of anchor rods are gradually increasing.Pressure diffusion anchor rods can effectively improve the support effect of anchor rods.Establish a support model for tunnel excavation using finite element simulation,analyze the support effect of pressure diffusion type anchor rods,and compare it with conventional tension type anchor rods.The application results show that the axial force of the pressure diffusion type anchor rod is slightly reduced compared to the tension type anchor rod,and the control effect on displacement can be reduced by 14.5%,which can effectively improve the effectiveness of anchor rod support and play an important role in the safety of coal mine support.
