摘  要:智能手机行业内手机允许的最高工作温度约为50℃,如果不能及时传导热量,不仅会对机身硬件造成损伤,而且很容易对用户造成体验差,甚至是身体伤害。基于此,分析了智能手机发热的主要原因,结合手机散热功能的需求,开发了全自动石墨片贴附机,介绍了贴附机的功能及部件组成,分别对清洁部件、检测部件、高精度转台网板部件、撕膜部件等关键设计技术展开研究,以期对相关行业提供参考。The maximum working temperature allowed for mobile phones in the smartphone industry is about 50°C.If the heat cannot be conducted away in time,it will not only cause damage to the body hardware,but also easily cause poor experience and even physical harm to the users.Based on this,the main causes of smartphone heat generation are analyzed,and the fully automatic graphite sheet attaching machine is developed in combination with the demand for the heat dissipation function of mobile phones.The functions and components of the laminating machine are introduced,and the key design technologies of the components,including the cleaning component,the inspection component,the high-precision turntable stencil component and the tearing component,are investigated respectively,with a view to providing reference for the relevant industries.
