摘 要:针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿31016工作面粉尘浓度大,采用普通喷雾降尘装置不能及时高效地降低工作面粉尘的问题,设计出一种新型喷雾降尘装置。该装置主要是通过让液压支架风力负压喷雾降尘与采煤机湿式喷雾降尘相结合来有效降低工作面粉尘。经数值模拟分析与进行现场试验,应用该种降尘方式能有效扩大喷雾范围与喷雾浓度,可显著降低工作面粉尘浓度,工作面粉尘平均降尘率可达到85%,达到了较好的降尘效果。In view of the large dust concentration at the working face of 31016 in a mine of Jineng Holding Coal Industry Group,a new spray dust reduction device is designed,which is mainly used to effectively reduce the dust at the working face by combining the negative pressure spray dust reduction of the hydraulic support with the wet spray dust reduction of the coal mining machine.The application of this dust reduction method can effectively expand the spraying range and spraying concentration,which can significantly reduce the dust concentration at the working face,and the average dust reduction rate at the working face can reach 85%,achieving a better dust reduction effect.
