摘　　要：针对精密五金磨具冲孔设备、结构以及技术进行了简要的分析,按照不同性质进行分类并具体分析,通过对冲孔结构的分析,改善了系统的工作性能,实现了短期操作和工量增加。通过对冲孔结构的改善优势以及过程,对其实际应用进行分析,得出改善后提高了制造率,对该技术领域提供了非常有价值的帮助和参考。A brief analysis of precision hardware abrasives punching equipment,structures and technology is presented,classified and specifically analysed according to their different properties.Though analysis of punching structures,improving the working performance of the system can be improved,short-term operation and workload have been increased.The advantages of the improved punching structure and the process of its practical application are analysed,resulting in improved manufacturing rates and providing a very valuable aid and reference for this technical field.
