摘  要:基于矿用提升绞车滚筒的失效形式,结合提升绞车滚筒实际情况,合理构建矿用提升绞车滚筒模型,并以此为基础开展有限元分析,根据有限元分析结果提出矿用提升绞车滚筒优化方案。同时,为研究矿用提升绞车滚筒优化方案的有效性,将优化方案运用于工程实践,进而及时发现优化方案中存在的不足,避免后续方案大范围应用时造成更大的损失。Based on the failure form of the mining hoist drum and the actual situation of the hoist drum,a reasonable model of the mining hoist drum is constructed,and finite element analysis is carried out based on this.Based on the results of the finite element analysis,an optimization plan for the mining hoist drum is proposed.At the same time,in order to study the effectiveness of the optimization plan for the drum of the mining hoist,the optimization plan will also be applied to engineering practice.Through engineering practice,even if shortcomings are found in the optimization plan,greater losses will be avoided in the large-scale application of subsequent plans.
