摘 要:针对浅埋近距离煤层回采巷道顶板完整性差、支护困难等问题,以西铭矿48703辅运巷为研究对象,根据工作面地质条件和回采巷道的布置方式,对原有的巷道支护方式进行优化设计,设计出锚杆锚索+金属网的联合支护方案,保证支护质量,减少支护成本。现场监测结果表明,巷道服务期间顶板最大下沉量为58 mm,两帮最大移近量为69 mm,支护效果良好。In response to the problems of poor roof integrity and difficult support in the shallow and close distance coal seam mining roadway,taking the 48703 auxiliary transport roadway of Ximing Mine as the engineering background,based on the geological conditions of the working face and the layout of the mining roadway,the original roadway support method was optimized and designed.A combined support scheme of anchor rods,cables,and metal mesh was designed to ensure support quality and reduce support costs.The deformation of the surrounding rock in the tunnel has been effectively controlled.The on-site monitoring results show that the maximum subsidence of the roof during the service period of the tunnel is 58 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 69 mm.The support effect is good.
