摘　　要：基于ZY6400/21/45型液压支架掩护梁结构存在的受力薄弱点,合理提出三种液压支架掩护梁优化方案,并在验证各优化方案有效性的基础上,分别开展有限元分析验证,由此获取最佳优化方案,最后将最佳优化方案应用于工程实践。Based on the weak points in the structure of ZY6400/21/45 hydraulic bracket cover beam,three optimization schemes of hydraulic bracket cover beam are reasonably proposed,and on the basis of verifying the validity of each optimization scheme,finite element analysis is carried out to verify them respectively,and the best optimization scheme is obtained from them,and finally the best optimization scheme is applied to engineering practice.
