摘  要:针对当前鸿兴矿业综采工作面液压支架协同控制及远程监控方面的发展瓶颈,按照电液控液压支架远程监控系统的功能要求,基于CAN网络通信结构和PLC通信中继电器和控制器,设计出液压支架远程监控系统总体方案,并完成系统硬件及平台搭建,成功应用于矿井综采工作面,具有很好的推广意义。In response to the current bottleneck in the development of collaborative control and remote monitoring of hydraulic supports in the comprehensive mining face of Hongxing Mining,according to the functional requirements of the electro-hydraulic control hydraulic support remote monitoring system,based on the CAN network communication structure and the relay and controller in PLC communication,the overall scheme of the hydraulic support remote monitoring system is designed,and the system hardware and platform are built,successfully applied to the comprehensive mining face of the mine.It has great promotional significance.
