摘　　要：为了保证煤矿立井提升安全,降低事故率,保证煤矿多绳摩擦式提升机安全稳定运行,大斗沟矿对矿用JKMD-3.5×4PI型多绳摩擦式提升机安装技术要求进行阐述,并分析了提升机在实际应用时常见故障类型,同时根据煤矿实际生产情况提出了若干项预防措施,取得显著应用成效。In order to ensure the safety of coal mine vertical shaft hoisting,reduce the accident rate,and ensure the safe and stable operation of coal mine multi-rope friction hoist,Daduogou Mine has elaborated on the technical requirements for the installation of mining JKMD-3.5×4PI type multi-rope friction hoist,and analyzed the common fault types of the hoist in practical application,and at the same time put forward several preventive measures according to the actual production situation of the coal mine,achieving significant application The application of these measures has been effective.
