摘　　要：水峪煤矿6115工作面面临较为频繁的刮板输送机上窜下滑治理难题,造成工程质量差、生产效率低、安全风险大等不利状况。为解决此项难题,从推移刮板输送机及拉移液压支架两方面分析造成上窜下滑的原因,梳理出输送机中部槽偏移微量、液压支架推移杆角度等关键参数,并结合工程实际及现场经验,针对性制定了双向割煤、调节伪斜、液压辅助、偏移转载机等解决策略,在上窜下滑现象发生的不同阶段,根据需要选择其中一种或多种治理措施,有效解决了6115工作面回采过程中历次上窜下滑问题,保障了工作面安全高效开采。The 6115 working face of Shuiyu Coal Mine is facing frequent difficulties in controlling the upward sliding of scraper conveyors,resulting in adverse conditions such as poor engineering quality,low production efficiency,and high safety risks.To solve this problem,the reasons for the upward sliding phenomenon were analyzed from two aspects:the pushing scraper conveyor and the pulling hydraulic support.Key parameters such as the small deviation of the middle slot of the conveyor and the angle of the hydraulic support push rod were identified.Based on engineering practice and on-site experience,targeted solutions such as bidirectional coal cutting,adjusting pseudo inclination,hydraulic assistance,and offset transfer machine were developed.The upward sliding phenomenon occurred at different stages,Selecting one or more governance measures according to needs has effectively solved the problem of previous upward and downward movements during the mining process of the 6115 working face,ensuring safe and efficient mining of the working face.
