摘  要:根据发动机再制造特点,制定了发动机再制造工艺流程,提出了再制造零部件的检测需求,阐述了无损检测技术在发动机再制造中的作用,针对磁粉检测、荧光检测、超声检测以及气压检查等无损检测技术,在某型号发动机关键件再制造中得到了应用,取得了显著效果。According to the characteristics of engine remanufacturing,the engine remanufacturing process was developed,the inspection requirements of remanufactured parts were proposed,the role of nondestructive testing technology in engine remanufacturing was elaborated,and through the application of nondestructive testing technologies such as magnetic particle testing,fluorescence testing,ultrasonic testing and pneumatic pressure inspection,it was applied in the remanufacturing of key parts of a model engine and achieved remarkable results.The results were remarkable.
