摘 要:为进一步提升采煤机的加工效率和质量,保证其能够适应综采工作面的开采需求,以采煤机摇臂和牵引部壳体加工为例,在对其壳体结构特点和加工特点分析的基础上,提出了采煤机壳体加工工艺路线制定的原则;在上述研究的基础上,设计了采煤机壳体的数控加工工艺路线,最终得到高效率加工基础上所得的高质量、高性能采煤机壳体。In order to further improve the processing efficiency and quality of coal mining machine and ensure that it can adapt to the mining needs of comprehensive mining face,taking the processing of coal mining machine rocker arm and traction section shell as an example,the principles of coal mining machine shell processing process route are proposed based on the analysis of its shell structure characteristics and processing characteristics;on the basis of the above study,the CNC processing process route of coal mining machine shell is designed,and finally the The high quality and high performance coal mining machine shell obtained on the basis of high efficiency machining.
