摘 要:针对煤矿采掘排水系统安全隐患大、自动化水平低等问题,以潞安化工集团某矿采掘排水系统为研究对象,分析了其存在的不足,结合水位控制器的选型、主要功能特点及控制原理,提出了可在矿井排水系统中应用水位控制器的控制策略。介绍了水位控制器控制排水的过程,并分析了控制效果。应用结果表明:应用水位控制器后,该排水点突发水害事故的概率显著降低,可实现采掘排水点排水的实时监测与自动控制,确保了采掘排水点的安全高效排水。Aiming at the shortcomings of the coal mine excavation drainage system such as large safety hazards and low automation level,taking the project overview of a mine excavation drainage system of Lu'an Chemical Group as an example,analyzing its shortcomings,combining the selection of water level controller,main functional characteristics and control principle,putting forward the control strategy of water level controller that can be applied in the mine drainage system,introducing the process of water level controller controlling drainage and analyzing the The application results show that after the application of the water level controller,the probability of sudden water damage accidents at the drainage point is significantly reduced,and the real-time monitoring and automatic control of the drainage at the extraction drainage point can be achieved,ensuring the safe and efficient drainage at the extraction drainage point.
